In The Cut is a perfect example of the kind of graffiti zine that warms my heart. It is a passion filled document of public mark making from a very specific, little known town with a pretty cool underground. Raleigh NC may not be a destination for the spraycation elite, but it is the co-hometown (w/ Durham) of the NGC Crew. This zine has some excellent examples from these boys and the surrounding talent of folks like OilRig, Lance, Race, Celm, Woem, Mahs, and more.
